BRIC Summit

The annual Summit is dedicated to solving how we support and nurture up-and-coming talent as it pertains to women and underrepresented groups who have an interest in being creative leaders.

The 6th annual BRIC Summit was held in-person in Downtown Los Angeles on March 15th for Industry Day and was streamed virtually for all. The day kicked off with a Keynote Conversation with Wayne Brady, Mandie Taketa, and San Heng, and featured data presentations, discussion panels, and workshops aimed at creating actionable solutions to improve employment pathways and increase representation within entertainment, gaming, media, and tech.

The BRIC Summit went all virtual for Global Talent & Education Day on March 16th, providing our largest lineup of industry career learning content, talent recruiting opportunities, workshops, and masterclasses for emerging talent, students, educators, and parents.

Entertainment Equity Alliance

The EEA was co-founded by the BRIC Foundation to convene entertainment workforce nonprofits and expand industry-aligned education, work-based learning, and apprenticeship opportunities into education and community settings.

The mission of the Entertainment Equity Alliance is to establish a coalition of industry-connected workforce, education, government, and labor partners committed to ensuring equity and access to careers in the arts, media, and entertainment (AME) industries for historically excluded and underrepresented groups.
