BRIC’s Pre-Apprenticeship Speaker Series features acclaimed industry professionals speaking about their work and different career pathways across entertainment, media, and tech in this career exploration series.

BRIC supports Pre-Apprenticeship course alignment for high school and community colleges utilizing the CDE Career Technical Education (CTE) Model Curriculum Standards. Pre-Apprenticeship program graduates eventually become prime candidates for BRIC’s Apprenticeship.

BRIC’s Advisory Committee co-authored the CDE Career Technical Education (CTE) Model Curriculum Standards (previously “Industry Skills Framework). This framework serves as a guidance document for CTE alignment to statewide registered youth apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs, including BRIC’s.

AME-HRTP Apprentices complete RSI/academic training through custom lesson plans aligned with their performance and career goals. These industry-developed curricula provide classroom guidance for education partners working with Apprentices.

BRIC’s RSI Guidance outlines classroom-based competencies required for Apprenticeship occupations. RSI partners must offer occupation-specific courses that build upon pre-apprenticeship courses, which provide students with foundational skills and knowledge for success.
