As the President & CEO of Statement Worldwide, Matthew Celestial leads an integrated and cross-functional team across the following business units: PR & Advertising, Interactive & Video Games, Film & TV, Consumer Products, and News & Content. With a passion for media and technology, Matthew brings extensive expertise to his role and is dedicated to driving growth and success for his team, clients and partners.

Matthew's unwavering dedication to community involvement and advocacy is a true testament to his character. With a track record guiding and elevating various non-profits, he currently serves on the board of directors of the Canadian Public Relations Society in the Toronto Chapter, BRIC Foundation and the Toronto Animation Arts Festival International, as well as his support of the advocacy team at the Arthritis Society. He also previously served on the Board of Directors for CIUT89.5 FM and the Durham Environmental Advisory Committee. He writes about culture and technology for Today's Parent, Xtra Magazine, Toronto Star, and other publications.

A graduate of the University of Toronto, Matthew worked as an Ambassador for the Office of the President and served on the board of the student union. By combining his visionary leadership in media and technology with his unwavering commitment to community involvement and advocacy, Matthew has earned a reputation as a highly respected innovator.

He began his career as a fashion and entertainment publicist.
