Adrian Saldaña is a Mexican creative who discovered his passion for filmmaking the moment he popped his first-ever VHS into the TV: Barney’s Great Adventure (a true masterpiece, if you ask him). After a couple of years dabbling in live-action and theater, he took a leap into the world of animation in 2022 by creating and writing his first feature project, Kolaval, which he continues to develop today.

Now, Adrian keeps dreaming up new stories and continues to create and develop his ideas to fulfill the dream of that child who thought one day he, too, could find a shiny and multi-colored egg alongside Barney.
