Caitlin Dietz - she/her - is an Associate Recruiter with 4+ years working in the animation recruiting space. She currently hires for positions across both TV and Feature including storyboard artists and CG positions such as FX, CFX and Rigging, but also has experience hiring production management. Caitlin is fulfilled by connecting with artists across all experience levels as well as learning about everyone’s passions and goals - hoping to be a helping hand in finding their next job. Caitlin’s very first animation credit was on Tangled, where she was credited specifically for her eyebrows on Rapunzel in their art direction!
