Dustin Fleischmann is serving as an Outreach & Engagement Coordinator for the Netflix Animation team. In this role, he supports the talent initiatives for emerging writers, providing opportunities for writers to gain valuable experience in their early careers. Prior to joining this team, Dustin worked as an Events & Operations Coordinator for The Writers Guild Foundation, the non-profit arm of the Writers Guild of America West.
