Eddie Bonin is a Governor of the TV Academy Emmys, for Visual Effects. Bonin is a VFX Executive, Producer, and Consultant, who has helped to oversee the production of dozens of highly complex projects, including Netflix's Avatar the Last Airbender, Netflix's One Piece, Netflix & Tim Burton's Wednesday, Netflix's Stranger Things, Marvel's Legion, HBO's True Detective, and AMC's The Walking Dead. Bonin's work spans across in-house roles at major Hollywood studios, production-side VFX crew leadership, and VFX vendors.

Bonin is a champion for digital artists, managers and other digital specialists who facilitate visual effects and digital production as the intersection of art and technology. Bonin is a Regents Scholar UCLA graduate, originally from the Silicon Valley, California.
