Fortunato Frattasio

Fortunato brings over 25 years of VFX production experience across roles as an artist, supervisor, and manager, contributing to over 100 feature film and television credits. Notable projects include Mars Attacks (1996), Armageddon (1998), Mission: Impossible (2000), Spider-Man (2002), The Hunger Games (2012), Oz: The Great and Powerful (2013), and Goosebumps (2015).

In addition to his hands-on production experience, Fortunato has served as an instructor and manager,

overseeing a team of L&D instructors, coordinators, and recruiters. He has also trained artists for the fast-paced demands of the VFX industry.

As Compositing Lead and Industry Outreach Specialist at Campus VFX, Fortunato leverages his extensive experience to mentor students, helping them develop the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in the VFX industry.

A member of both the Visual Effects Society (VES) and Access VFX, Fortunato remains committed to school outreach programs, introducing students to VFX as a viable and exciting career path for all.
