Production Assistant, Max & The Midknights

Hailey [Silva] got her start in the animation industry as a recruiting intern- first with Titmouse, and then with Nickelodeon. Following her graduation from Chapman University in 2023, she spent the summer Nicktern-ing before joining the MAX crew as a Production Assistant. Now, she’s working on learning everything there is to know about production pipelines, and hopes to return to recruiting in the future.
