Jeanell English is a seasoned entertainment executive, cultural strategist, and publishing founder working at the intersection of books and Hollywood. She is the Founder and CEO of Elizabeth, LLC, an impact consultancy, and the Co-Founder of Elizabeth & Minnie Publishing, a community-centered independent press amplifying underrepresented voices.

She hosts the Page to Screen segment on Access Hollywood, spotlighting standout book-to-film and television adaptations, and is deeply committed to building pathways for authors, championing ownership of creative IP, and fostering reader communities through books, conversation, and culture.

Formerly EVP of Impact and Inclusion at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Jeanell led global initiatives to advance emerging and diverse film artists. She previously spent eight years at Warner Bros. Discovery, including supporting the company’s first Olympic Games coverage for European markets in 2018. A graduate of Cornell University and the University of Maryland, she was recognized as a Variety “New Leader in Hollywood” in 2022.
