Katrina Frye is the Associate Director of Learning at Music Forward Foundation, working at the intersection of workforce readiness and the music industry. Founding indie music label Lauretta Records in 2020 from her living room floor, Katrina Frye seeks to create space for people like her in the music industry. Upon graduating from Claremont Graduate University in Arts Management, Katrina has been working in LA as a facilitator, educator, and champion of independent artists for over ten years. By giving artists education and access to information, she believes empowered artists make our entire industry stronger. Among everything else, Katrina is a full-time mother + wife, and a cruise surfer + skater.
