Kelly Neall

Kelly started at the Canadian Film Institute in 1994 working on the Ottawa International Animation Festival and today oversees all aspects of fundraising, sponsor relations, marketing, budgeting and logistics related to running this major, international film event. She founded TAC, the business conference at the OIAF, and started youth outreach components such as Animation Celebration. Today the OIAF and other CFI events continue to grow under her leadership. She is working with her team to build IFFO, The International Film Festival of Ottawa which is now in its fourth edition.
