Kristin is an educator and a writer with expertise in teaching, coaching, and mentoring diverse populations. She is a published author, former university writing professor, and curriculum designer. Most recently, she was the Manager of Student Affairs at Exceptional Minds where she created partnerships with local studios to place young adults with autism in internship, mentorship, and employment opportunities. She enjoys developing unique job support models and educational programs that start in the classroom, and culminate in the workplace. The mother of a young man with autism, Kristin has a particular devotion to empowering those who are underrepresented in the industry, and she sits on the Board of Directors at Foothill Autism Alliance.
