Founder and Principal, Mallari Law Group
May Mallari is founder and principal of Mallari Law Group, A Professional Law Corp. A graduate of Loyola Law School (Los Angeles, CA), for the past 25 years, Ms. Mallari has focused on representing workers in California and advocating for worker’s rights. Her practice areas cover a wide range of issues experienced by employees in the workplace including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, disability accommodations and labor law violations. Ms. Mallari has extensive experience with representing clients in all stages of the legal process from pre-litigation up through trial, and she is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts in California.
Ms. Mallari is also an advocate for her son (who has Down syndrome) in the areas of special education and disability laws, and inclusion. She is certified as an Independent Facilitator to work with families as part of CA’s Self-Determination Program (SDP).
