Paullina Weeks, who goes by Paulli for short, is a Senior Recruiter at Feature Animation at Netflix. Paulli has spent more than a decade working in the Animation and VFX industry. She started her career at Gnomon - a VFX, Games, and Animation School, and wore many hats there. Through her time at Gnomon, she realized she loves helping people figure out what they want to do and how to get from one place to the next, hence how she ended up in Recruiting! After her time at Gnomon, she worked at a creative production company called Scholar and then moved to Netflix in early 2020 joining the Talent Acquisition team. Paulli has covered a little bit of everything including Animated Films, Series, and Adult Animation shows, and covered roles that span Post/Editorial, Production, and CG roles.

In her spare time, you can catch her trying new restaurants, traveling, going on a thrift store hunt, and watching the latest animated film!
