Brent is an American filmmaker who is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, as well as a member of BAFTA. He entered the animation industry via Blur Studio before moving on to Walt Disney Feature Animation. His storytelling centers heavily on human interaction and emotion to convey widely relatable ideas to audiences and customers around the world.  

After joining Disney, Brent worked on the films Bolt, Tangled, Wreck-It Ralph, Ralph Breaks the Internet, Frozen 2, Raya and The Last Dragon, and Strange World. He served as Animation Supervisor on the Oscar winning Big Hero 6 and Oscar nominated Moana. He served as Animation Director on Olaf's Frozen Adventure and the Emmy nominated Disney+ series Baymax!
