    On March 27 & 29, we brought together the most innovative leaders across entertainment, gaming, media, tech, education, advocacy, and government for the 8th annual BRIC Summit. The 2026 BRIC Summit theme, Movements, set the tone for two days of candid conversation and collective action, empowering attendees to consider how individual choices and community momentum can create change despite an industry that is in flux.

  • 2025 BRIC Summit

    The 7th annual BRIC Summit took place on March 21-22, 2025. Through collaborative industry think tank discussions, career education, and skill-building, we continued our mission to advocate for fairness and equality across the entertainment industry. The discussions at the 2025 BRIC Summit centered on the theme Emerge with the goal of empowering individuals to emerge from this period of change equipped with innovative and resilient strategies to thrive.

  • 2024 BRIC Summit: WA Creative Economy + Education Day

    On May 6th, we gathered local decision-makers, disruptors, and advocates to examine the landscape of entry-level jobs in Washington State. Together we brainstormed new ways to reverse-engineer a skills roadmap to implement in K-12 technical education that will equip rising, creative talent with the skills and experience to be competitive in today’s job market.

  • 2024 BRIC Summit

    The 6th annual BRIC Summit was held on March 15-16, 2024. Acknowledging a challenging year for many across our industry, the theme for the 2024 BRIC Summit was Perseverance. In light of the historic labor strikes, the unregulated proliferation of GenAI, and the decentralization of DEIA, the 2024 BRIC Summit focused on the persevering voices and needs of creators and explored ways creators can adapt and fortify themselves against these cyclical rollbacks.

  • 2023 BRIC Summit

    On February 10th & 11th, a group of over 200 thought provokers came together at Netflix Animation in Burbank, while thousands of people from around the world logged on to collectively solve how we support and nurture up-and-coming talent as it pertains to women and historically excluded groups who have an interest in being creative leaders. During the workshops, participants were broken into randomly assigned groups where they spent time coming up with solutions to the following questions.
