Carlos is an animation professional with nine years of experience in the industry. He initially began in Production Management and later transitioned to Recruiting. He has worked at various studios such as Titmouse, Nickelodeon, DreamWorks, Netflix, and currently, Sony Pictures Animation. At Sony he leads the talent acquisition team in hiring both Series and Feature projects. His passion lies in helping others build bridges to their dream animation careers, and he strives to do that wherever he goes.
