Christina Harder is a recruiter at Sony Pictures Animation. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University, where she studied animation and studio art. She started her career in Learning and Development at DreamWorks Animation, where she first combined her passions for art and education in their career journey. This sparked her interest in the opportunities in the overhead space in the animation industry, and she transitioned into talent acquisition when she joined Sony Pictures Animation. She loves being a part of building the teams that create the highly anticipated animated films and series enjoyed by people all over the world.
