Diana Theobald

Diana Theobald develops strategies for inclusive storytelling in the entertainment industry based on a decade of prior experience as a TV development executive. She was most recently Director, Equity & Inclusion, Content at Warner Bros. Discovery, where she built systemic change for DEIA into the content creation process. 

She previously managed creative development and current programming for animation on Boomerang, a Warner Bros. Discovery streaming service centered on classic franchises such as Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry, and Scooby Doo. She has also held roles in development and current series at Marvel, DreamWorks Animation, and NBCUniversal.

Diana grew up in Tucson, Arizona and graduated from Northwestern University. She became a lower-limb amputee after a rock-climbing accident in 2015 and has become an ardent disability advocate within her overall work in diversity & inclusion.
