Jennifer Grace is a seasoned privacy and technology attorney whose work centers on how emerging technology affects the people it touches. She serves as Senior Managing Attorney, Privacy and Data Security at LA28, advising on data protection issues as it relates to the 2028 Olympic Games. Previously, she was Senior Counsel, Privacy at Airbnb, where she led counsel on artificial intelligence, identity verification, trust and safety, and cross-border data governance across U.S., EMEA, APAC, and LATAM jurisdictions.
Jennifer's commitment to expanding access runs throughout her service. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of San Francisco and sits on the AI + Legal Tech & Innovation Advisory Council for Corporate Counsel Women of Color, where she works to broaden leadership pathways for underrepresented legal professionals. She joins BRIC's board to help ensure the pipeline into creative careers stays open and future-ready.
Jennifer holds a B.A. from UCLA (Theater) and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
