Joe Wiggins began his career in development working with Andrew Panay before his tenure at Intrigue, where he specialized in adapting international formats for the U.S. television market. Utilizing his Chilean background, Joe has worked on remakes of several South American series and has produced pilots for CW, NBC, ABC, CBS, and FOX. Joe joined Elevate in 2024 as their Co-Head of Development and Production and has since set up television and film projects across major studios and indie financiers. The Boston-native graduated from Emerson College with a B.F.A. in Film Production and continues to develop commercial, high-concept, genre-defying projects while also identifying new and diverse voices to introduce to the marketplace.
