Emerging Talent Manager, ILM

With an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a graduate degree in Higher Education and Leadership studies with a focus on Post Secondary students factors for successful transitions. Kim has a strong foundation in working with and understanding how to best support students during their educational journeys, and beyond. This background supports her work with ILM in connecting with students and post secondary partners in helping emerging talent transition into their early careers. Kim works with junior talent through the Jedi Academy at ILM, which includes trainee programs and internships. She is always excited to connect with young talent, and provide insight and tips on transitioning into the industry.
