Robin Mayemura

VP, Corporate & Interactive Talent Acquisition, Skydance Media

As Vice President of Corporate & Interactive Talent Acquisition, Robin Mayemura is responsible for overseeing the full recruiting cycle of all Skydance Media’s open corporate positions and across the company’s features, television and interactive divisions.

In 2020, Robin worked closely with the Head of HR to launch Skydance’s first Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative and created a strategy that reflected the company’s vision and feedback from the employees from across all divisions. She is responsible for overseeing the DE&I initiatives, including community partnerships with organizations such as Better Youth and T. Howard Foundation, as well as internal communications and engagement. She also leads Skydance’s culture team and internship program.

Robin joined Skydance in 2019 following two years as Head of Talent Acquisitions at Starz where she managed a team to handle the network’s high volume of recruiting needs across three offices. Prior to her time at Starz, Robin was Head of HR/Recruiting for Beautycon, Inc. and served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a number of companies including The Walt Disney Company, Defy Media, Maker Studios, and David & Goliath.

Robin graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
